Please read as well the following guide carefully. The document is meant to guide you through the application.

Guidelines for the Online Application

Please do not register with a google mail address, instead use a provider other than gmail for your appplication. There seem to be some delivering problems to these addresses. Keep in mind that if you apply with a gmail, we cannot assure that you will receive important system-generated emails and notifications about your application status.

Be aware that all applications, which are not filled out correctly, will be rejected automatically. All applications which are not sent in correctly will be deleted.

If you are not yet sure about your university and track combination, test your ideal combination in our AMASE-test.

Documents and translation

Before starting the AMASE Master Programme, the original certificates or certified copies of each document must be given to the secretary upon arriving at your first university!

All documents written in English, German, Spanish or French do not need to be translated into another language. 

We need documents from all other languages to be translated to English or one of the other languages of the consortium.

Please view the deadlines before submitting the applications. All applications submitted after the deadlines will not be considered.

Collection and processing of personal data by the European Agency

The European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), in the context of managing the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees, collects and processes the personal data of some of the candidates. In particular, certain data of the scholarship holders (students and scholars), non-scholarship holders and reserve list candidates is shared with the Agency through the EACEA Mobility Tool and treated according to the following privacy statement. Results

Applicants are selected by the Steering Committee of the AMASE Master. You will be informed about the decision via e-mail. The results for most applications will be announced around April – May of the respective year.
