Travel documents from all current AMASE scholarship holders

According to EU regulations and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), all scholarship holders must provide their travel documents related to their participation in the programme: i.e. trip to Saarbrücken (for IW and PSS), trip from Saarbrücken to the respective place of study after the IW and/or PSS, and/or trip from home place to the corresponding university.

This means:

a) if you are in the first year of AMASE, please upload in the following formular the travel ticket(s) of your trip (flight / bus / train) from your home country (or last place you where) to Saarbrücken. If you needed to use more than one transport (for example a flight and then take a train or bus) please combine all of them in one file. Also, you must upload the travel ticket(s) from Saarbrücken to the city of your first university. If you could not participate in the IW, upload the tickets from your home country to the city of your first university.

b) if you are starting the second year of AMASE, please upload in the following formular the travel ticket(s) of your trip (flight / bus / train) from both years to join IW (if available) and also PSS. That is, the travel ticket(s) from your home country (or last place you where) to Saarbrücken in the first year (IW), the travel ticket(s) from Saarbrücken to the city of your first university; as well as the travel ticket from the city of your first university (or last place you where before joining PSS) to Saarbrücken in the second year (PSS), and the travel ticket(s) from Saarbrücken to the city of your second university . If you needed to use more than one transport (for example a flight and then take a train or bus) please combine all of them in one file.
